Explanation

My game just freezes sometimes and I can't play or move anything and also no event shows on my farm like extra workers etc. and also when i collect my daily rewards i can collect one gift but when its time to collect the cards pack I can't collect it and my game freezes so i have to leave and rejoin and when i rejoin the game that pack of cards go missing and doesn't show up and i can't collect it. Please fix this issue.
