Explanation

I was lvl.32 for a day or so (unlocked the lvl.32 area too) but after playing for a few hours today and completing the daily mission I switched to play on my iPad (as I do almost every day) and all my progress was lost. I got back to lvl.31 and the daily missions got reset. I had like 15 gold chests, 4 silver chests and most of them had 50 hours+ left. All my keys are gone. I thought it was a mobile bug but when I got back on PC everything was gone as well.
