Explanation

I had every level of wood set up to merge during the XP event to finally get wood-10. As soon as I do the last merge that should have resulted in two wood-10 , it showed that I leveled up to level 49, showed my rewards, then the game crashed. Upon reboot i was still level 49, buti didn’t have my wood-10, and i lost every piece of wood that i had merged. Please let me know how this can be addressed by returning either the used up materials or by giving me the two wood-10 that i had earned.
