Explanation

Hello I was playing the game and the game logged me off after I got to level 24 when I merged my money to dollar signs and got my packets of stars cards and completed one of the 9 cards and collected 175 energy and boxes. But when the game logged me off I lost my process of level 24 and the energy and boxes. Can you please give me my rewards?
