Explanation

Hello,

I’ve noticed that I haven’t received any rewards from some trades over the past 5 hours—especially my last 4 trades, which were the most affected—and I wanted to report the issue:

1) The warning message during trades is difficult to read because the top part is cut off and appears in the middle of the trading. I was only able to see it clearly after taking a screenshot.

2) I have restarted the game more than five times each time the issue occurred, but I only received crates—no rewards for animals, crops, coins, or energy.

3) I tried switching toolboxes to save energy, even though I couldn’t see if rewards were being applied. Once everything became visible again, it seems that the invisible energy was not saved.

4) I also noticed that my travel summaries didnt show up for the last four trades, which indicate that the rewards from those trades haven’t been applied to my farm.

Could you please assist me in resolving this so I can receive the rewards I’m missing?
