Game Crashes Randomly After Gameplay on Discord Desktop App

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Discord
2. Open @Farm Merge Valley chat
3. Click the 'Play Now' button to launch the Farm Merge Valley game
4. Play Farm Merge Valley as usual
5. Game will capriciously end and return to the @Farm Merge Valley chat
6. Click the 'Play Now' button once again in an attempt to relaunch the game
7. The 'Play Now' on the button will change to '...' then change back to 'Play Now', rendering the action unresponsive
8. This will continue to occur no matter how many times you re-click 'Play Now' so you will be forced to end task via Task Manager in order for the game to relaunch successfully

Explanation

For the past month or so, every time I launch Farm Merge Valley from Discord's desktop app (playing with @Farm Merge Valley as the user and not another friend), the game randomly crashes after a while of gameplay. This has been happening without fail every session if I play it long enough. I generally haven't been time tracking but I did observe one instance where it was approx. the half hour mark when the game would crash. Once the game crashes, I am unable to relaunch the game via the Play Now button in the @Farm Merge Valley chat as the Play Now would convert to three dots/ellipses as if to signal that it is loading...then suddenly stop. The only way to relaunch the game is for me to end Discord entirely as a task through Task Manager, then restart the app. I have had to do this during every Discord PC gameplay session.
