Explanation
Hello,
I have the regular premium since may 27th and the tropical island pass thing since the 8th of june.
Today, half the time when i boot up the game, it resets my progress but the other half when i get on my current progress i dont have premium anymore even though it should last 2 weeks more. My gem count looks about where i left it so no issues here.
For some reason i am not able to get my purchase history in discord settings but i still have my email confirmations so i will send it over if asked
