Steps to Reproduce

1. Buy gold
2. Use gold
3. Dont get reward
4. Reach out to support

Explanation

Purchased 500 gold for $8.99 through game on Reddit. Card was charged. Gold appeared in game, but nothing happened when I tried to redeem for 30 days of premium. Kept trying, until the gold disappeared but I never received premium. Have no premium, no gold, and a $8.99 charge on card.
