1. GOLDEN TICKET

Explanation

TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDNT GIVE ME THE GOLDEN PASS. IT WAS HELD OUT MY CHECKING ACCOUNTG BUT NEVER WAS GIVEN THE TICKET. PLEASE FIX THIS FOR ME.
