Explanation
Hi, I'd like to report an issue regarding the Tropical Pass rewards.
I previously sent a report through ModMail, but I have not received a response yet, so I am posting the issue here as well in case it can be reviewed.
For reference, I purchased the Tropical Pass on May 31, 2026, at approximately 3:32 AM Philippine Time (GMT+8), which is May 30, 2026, at 7:32 PM GMT+0.
After purchasing the pass, I began claiming the premium rewards. I only noticed at around the 18th reward that some rewards were displaying incorrectly. Instead of the sticker pack rewards that were originally shown in the Tropical Pass, I was receiving energy rewards. I did not realize this earlier because I had been claiming the rewards consecutively.
After restarting the game, the Tropical Pass displayed the correct rewards again, including the sticker packs that I originally expected to receive.
I also noticed that some Tropical Pass premium rewards remain unclaimed and are still visible in reward bubbles on my farm, while the energy and gems from the claimed rewards have already been added to my account. Before claiming the rewards, I recall having approximately 30–40 energy and around 700 gems.
I purchased the Tropical Pass specifically for the intended rewards, especially the sticker packs. If possible, I would appreciate it if the claimed premium rewards could be retracted and my Tropical Pass premium reward progress reset to an unclaimed state so that I can claim the correct rewards as originally intended. I have not intentionally used any of the claimed rewards.
