Steps to Reproduce

1. I closed the game.
2. I reopened it later.
3. After loading, my progress and rewards were gone.

Explanation

Hello, I lost items and progress in my game.
My diamonds are missing, my chests disappeared, and my daily rewards/challenges reset even though I still had time remaining to complete them.
This happened after reopening the game. I had approximately 1200 diamonds before the issue happened.
I also only had one daily challenge left to complete before finishing the daily rewards, but the progress was suddenly reset even though there was still time remaining.
Could you please check my account and restore the missing items and progress?
