Steps to Reproduce

1. Started the game
2. played a couple of minutes
3. got the error
4. Tried to multiple times to restart the game
5. got the same error again and again
6. Even tried to restart the pc
7. did get the same error

Explanation

ERROR: E005 Failed to initialize services - Services failed to start: Friends.
