Regression of:	#1110 Issue with Receiving New Cards from 5-Star Packs This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Daily open
2. Get to day 5 get pack no guarantee 5 star given

Explanation

Orange 5 Star packs when opened as a daily drop don’t give the guarantee 5 stars card every time. This works when buying the pack but not as the daily drop
