Explanation

So i was playing this morning fine, when i went on my pc it wouldn't let me launch the app at all so i came back onto mobile and was met with this. I have not requested that my account be deactivated. I couldn't even send an ingame report due to it trying to force me to use the crates. I'm extremely confused as to what's happened
