Steps to Reproduce

1. Hold your hands at the distance of the pause menu (where they would be inside of it)
2. Press pause
3. Hands are no inside the pause screen and don't press anything (makes sense)
4. However, when you move back your hand in front of it, you still can't press at all
5. Moving back your hand all the way (like to your shoulders) fixes it

Explanation

Holding hands at the distance of the pause menu, stops you from pressing the touch screen. You can solve this by moving your hand far back, then touchscreen works again, but you have to move them back really far, more then seems reasonable.
