Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn at Target as a Cashier
2. Assist one customer
3. Try to assist another

Explanation

The Target front counters will sometimes stop working.

What will happen is you "start working" and check out a customer. The second customer will not spawn, and it will say "Start working" again. When you go to check out another customer, it will not work. See video:
