Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn in game
2. Go to Kibbles Tow
3. Walk in and go over to the right, it is located to the left of the door.

Explanation

Kibbles Tow office has an invisible seat.

You can find this seat by walking in and going over to the right, it is located to the left of the door.
