Steps to Reproduce

1. While moving, attempt to steer around a 90 degree turn in Engine 21.
2. Release the steering at a typical time and the vehicle will continue to turn sharply for 2-3 seconds.

Explanation

Steering on engine 21 lags considerably, making the vehicle nearly undriveable at speed. Once turning, the steering takes seconds to re-center, often resulting in crashing. Pressing the other direction does not help center the steering faster.
