Steps to Reproduce

  1. Click on USM or Swat
  2. It comes up with Error you need a subscription

Explanation

I have tried to access the USM on the [Discontinued] Perris, California and it says I need a subscription yet I have the founders addition that allows me to access it and now it's telling me it doesn't work.
