Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the hospital
2. Activate the Fire alarm
3. Try to get to the call box (behind locked doors)

Explanation

Fire Alarms and reset box's
I was going around Testing fire alarms as FD and found a Common problem, not sure if its a bug, Activating the alarms is fine and pretty simple, however as FD we are unable to get access to the Reset box's which are generally located behind the lock doors of buildings
