Steps to Reproduce

1. Join 'VBI' Team.
2. Switch to 'SRCTU' division on Locker GUI.
3. Attempt to equip any Uniform, Kit, or Accessory.

Explanation

VBI Locker UI under 'Special Operations' division is not functional/operational. When interacting with the UI to use any of the Special Operation Kits, Uniforms, or accessories, the UI does not respond or compute whatsoever.
