Steps to Reproduce

  1. Place and pick up ALS bag multiple times
  2. Observe when it stops being able to be placed

Explanation

After ~ 5 uses, the EMS ALS bag stops being able to be placed. Resetting character, inventory and even switching teams does not fix it
