Steps to Reproduce

1. Lookup someone's name
2. Check if they have a lot of citations
3. Attempt to scroll all the way down

Explanation

cant scroll all the way down when a player has a lot of citations. i believe the arrest tab had the same issue but it was fixed a while ago. clip shows it with f9 included
