Steps to Reproduce

1. If they've been tased
2. You tackle them
3. Then cuff them
4. You lose 120 xp

Explanation

The same bug i reported in regards to losing XP while grabbing someone who was loading but they weren't, just happened to me a third time. I have now lost in total 360Xp
