1. Spawn 2018 Chevrolet Suburban from the headquarters division in FCPD
2. Turn on Headlights with L

Explanation

The 2018 Chevrolet Suburban in the Headquarters division in FCPD, the night running lights do not come on with the headlights when turned on.
