Join citizen team
Join any other team
Bug occurs by itself, randomly

Explanation

I've encountered that bug second time today, first time was with a Vix Security, but with FCPD's CBM this time. Glitched player told me that he joined the server, played a bit on a citizen team, and then joined FCPD.

How it can be fixed in game: Killing the glitched player fixes the glitch.
