Steps to Reproduce

Spawn any Vix vehicle
Attempt to turn
With the CV's you have a 50/50 chance on actually getting in them

Explanation

There are significant issues with turning and getting into vehicles on Vix Security. CV's have a 50/50 chance of getting in, and when you do, you are unable to turn. With the explorers, you can get in without issue, but turning is disabled.
