Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn on the HCSD team
2. Spawn one of the vehicles
3. Get into the vehicles
4. You should see that there is no ALPR thing

Explanation

Chevy silverado and 2008 tahoe on the hcsd team not getting ALPR, idk about any of the other UC cars.
