Steps to Reproduce

1. I was shot while responding to a call.
2. After respawning and being out of combat,
3. I logged off to do something and came back to a 300 xp deduction.

Explanation

Lost significant XP on HCSO team; was previously at 740-760 but went down to 491 xp, not in combat when I logged off, bank was not affected, nor was any other team affected.
