Steps to Reproduce

1. Please contact me @waddddle on how to fix it on my end.

Explanation

when i go to book someone the charges only list misdemeanors and not felonies, i.e. if i caught someone murdering someone and i arrest them, i wouldn't be able to charge them with 1st degree murder because since it's a felony, it won't pop up

i need to be able to charge people with felonies because i can't just charge people with misdemeanors only...

i play on the SBI team and i can't actually do my job because i can only investigate and arrest on felonies but i can't even charge people felonies because they won't even pop up because all i see is misdemeanor charges
