Steps to Reproduce

1. Join FCPD as Police Officer II rank and above
2. Select Highland Division
3. There's only Class B and Class A uniforms available.

Explanation

FCPD Highland Divison class C uniforms are now gone. Idk why but they were bugless why are they gone. Now there's only Class A and Class B uniforms.
