Steps to Reproduce

  1. Spawn a prisoner transport van on HCSO(2011 Chevrolet Express Cell Van)
  2. Grab a suspect
  3. Attempt to place suspect in rear compartment

Explanation

HCSO transport van is not able to accept suspects in its rear compartment. Attempting to place a subject in the rear transport compartment reveals rthere are no rear seats, and you are only able to place cuffed suspects in the front passenger seat. This is obviously an issue, as the van is basically incapable of performing the function it is intended to do.
