Steps to Reproduce

1. I canceled bronze, thinking I would only lose port police and other related things.
2. However, when I canceled, it also took away ranks.
3. I am unsure if this behavior is supposed to happen.

Explanation

I lost ranks on all my teams when i cancelled my subscription is that suppose to happen
