Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the MCJ garage
2. Go up the elevator
3. Onto the court house roof
4. You won't be correctly teleported and thus be stuck

Explanation

Going up the elevator onto the milano court house roof doesn't correctly teleport the player and instead places them a bit further down resulting in them being stuck
