Steps to Reproduce

1. Go onto the Fire Department team and wait for a fire to spawn in.
2. Try to attach to the 911 call for it.
3. It will not work.

Explanation

Fire Department is unable to attack to any automated fire calls. As a result, they can't get locations or close any calls.
