Steps to Reproduce

1. Attempt to access the GUI at SBI HQ.
2. Locate the clothing items in the GUI.
3. Try to put on the clothing items using the GUI.

Explanation

Several SBI clothing items are now non-functional as of today. Some are missing decals while others are non-visible entirely including both black and blue SBI jackets and field polos.
