Steps to Reproduce

1. spawn any car
2. start driving towards any fire hydrant or anything that cant be broken but can be hit
3. see results

Explanation

as you can see in the video if any car hits infrastructures that goes into the car the car is gonna be stuck into them and not able to move this update ruined things please reverse this
