Steps to Reproduce

1. join SBI as either a supervisory special agent, ASAC, or SAC
2. attempt to use any SCRTU items
3. boom

Explanation

so in the SBI locker any rank from supervisory special agent to SAC ( im unsure about deputy director as i havent gotten there yet ) the locker thinks im a forensic specialist. And it doesnt allow me to use any of the items in the SCRTU subsection, which is really sad for me because i LOVE the SCRTU police belt.
