Steps to Reproduce

  1. Take damage, via car.

Explanation

Whenever you damage your car the blur system that happens with your health makes the game unplayable. Im trying to do a pursuit in the new CIU VHP charger and I ram into the car, I cant see anything for like 5 minutes because of the blur. I get like for 10 sec or soemthing but it stays till your health is restored and especially at night I cant see people in shootouts or anything because of the blur. Its making the experience a pain in the a**.
