Steps to Reproduce

1. find an atm
2. withdraw $1 or walk very far away and be able to withdraw from any distance

Explanation

being able to withdraw less than $75 from an atm and withdraw from very far away inside of MCJ and possibly other ATMS

possible cause of the low withdraw amount - founders
possible cause of being able to withdraw from very far away - not sure
