Steps to Reproduce

1. go to target
2. find an npc
3. push the npc anywhere and you could also put it on top of your car and bring them anywhere on the map

Explanation

being able to push target npcs outside of target and anywhere onto the map

you could also put them on your car and drive them anywhere for example in the screenshot below I brought it all the way down to kais auto dealership

Could also be used to block roads and be an inconvenience
