Steps to Reproduce

1. have your arm shot off
2. make a chat message

Explanation

arm being blown off causes chat bubble to rise very high in the air and become almost unreadable

when your arm gets blown off your chat bubble can sometimes rise very high and make the gameplay inconvenient
