Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to port
2. Go to the chem dealer zone
3. Follow the direction I went in the video to skip the trip alarm and buy stuff without setting any cops off

Explanation

Being able to skip the trip alarm at the chem dealer, you just walk behind the storage container behind the wooden pallets
(Not 100% sure if this is a bug but I figured I might as well report it as it can be used to obtain chemicals easier)

yes this is another way to nerf chems I know youll love it
