Explanation

Overflow splitter will leak into the overflow if placed directly on the exit of a Harvester Pad (even if main pipe isnt on full load). Not sure if its only here or at other buildings too.
Putting a single space and placing a conveyor belt between will make it properly work again.
Beltspeed is 120, if thats any relevant.
