Explanation
Have made my way through the game to max'd the blue cube technology. I saved the game and exited. On the next play session one particular island is not updating on most of the island. New miners + belts will not 'tick' and move items onto the belt. Machines won't work, etc. A video is available on youtube, https://youtu.be/ZXTWnEC188g
Other islands continue to work just fine, in the video you can see my other islands continuing to deposit gray and blue processors.
