Explanation

I loaded my save game today to continue with the tutorial missions where I am on the "Paint" section. I was able to unlock the Tech Tree Node "Essential Paint Systems" and the tutorial goal was met, but then I started creating blue paint using the dye mixer, but that objective never completes. I even started painting blocks blue to see if it was behind a certain number of blue paint, but it never unlocks.
