Explanation

Harvester link issue
One building that has a harvester pad linked will show the "not serviced" icon briefly before spawning the next harvester. It seems to happen consistently. I noticed just before I ended for the evening, so I haven't done any testing--I can send a copy of the save file if desired/requested.
