Explanation
I managed to disable(?) an oil well? I'm not sure what happened, but i placed an oil rig on an oil well and then i deleted it and placed it again. Now the rig doesnt produce oil anymore. It only affects this single well i replaced the rig on. All the other rigs are working fine.
