Explanation
Production has stopped on the second island. Miners won't produce Polyrock which stops all successive production. Even so, some Assemblers positioned later in the production line will see the correct input and allow me to "Configure" but after configuring them, they output nothing leaving the belt in front of them empty (even though they play the animation showing they're producing)
