Steps to Reproduce

  1. Select a weapon skin that's animated
  2. Observe how it looks out of place

Explanation

Animated weapon skins retain normal speed in the lobby. While everything else is still/super slow, the weapons are moving at normal speed. This is particularly noticeable for the bug Synapse skin.
